Trade Project
This course is intended to expose the trainee to practical experience in project planning and execution. It allows the trainee to apply theory, practical competence and knowledge gained at the training institution, industrial training and informal training to plan, gather, review and come up with quality report in accordance with given specifications. The trainee is advised to commit adequate time for the project in order to gain the necessary skills. Additionally, the trainee is expected to work independently but MUST seek the supervision of their trainers at least once every week until the final report is submitted for grading.
Post Harvest Practices
This course will equip the trainee with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to conduct processing and storage of farm produce to improve shelf life of agricultural produce.
